Complaint: 10 days unreachable, Totally frustrated in making appointment

My complaint:

On 3 Dec 2012 I bought the groupon deal of laser treatment for 199 euro. I tried to make appointment online which was the only way for making booking. Due to conflict with another appointment, I cancel my online booking 2 days in advance and received by email a confirmation of cancellation. In the email they asked me to send email to [email protected] to make a new booking because the online booking is not possible anymore. Ok. I sent email. But was being told that my coupon is already used. I sent Groupon the proof that it is cancelled and I never have used it. But I didn’t get any response from Groupon afterward. Then I called to Groupon, they said I have to contact Emine Schoonheidssalon myself. Ok, then I called them. Tried 3 telephone numbers of them, called more than 20 times in 10 days since I bought the deal, none of my call was being picked up. I left voice message, but they never return my call. I felt so frustrated. The staff of Groupon told me this is not their responsibilities and I must contact the partner Emine Schoonheildssalon myself. I bought the deal with Groupon and made booking via their online booking system. And now I have a problem with re-booking, Groupon said they cannot do anything. I think this very irresponsible of Groupon and their partner. I found this unacceptable and lost confident in buying anymore Groupon deals. And by the fact that Emine Schoonheidssalon is totally unreachable, I also doubt how professional this company is. How can i trust such a company in giving me treatment?

Refund of the amount I have paid.
