My complaint:

Starting May-2012, there is sms charges from KPN/my service provider in total of Euro30/month or more from 5959.
The 6 moths total is Eur 285. KPN says it is not from them and can not do anything about it.

When I check , I do not have any SMS from 5959 but KPN captures them in the bill. I do not even know how it got activated as I have not done it myself.

Desired solution:

Now, KPN stopped this SMS from 5959 .

I want my Euro285 back.
