My complaint:
on 10 September night, my friend and I went to Albert heijn in Leiden, we were just browsing and didn’t buy anything. When we left, the security asked me to open my bag and let him check. I have no problem if he needs to check my bag, but he stretched out his hand into my bag, like he is trying to find out something hiding in my bag, I consider his behavior has already invaded my privacy.I am not a thief.I don’t think anyone who ever has the right to search my bag unless they can prove in my bag there is something they want! I am really upset by this behavior. I don’t know if the security did this just because I am an Asian.
Desired solution:
I think the best solution is a formal apology from your company. And please inform the security guards next time that don't ever touch clients' bag.
