My complaint:

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I ordered Alcachofa De Laon @ 49.95 Euros and Slim N Lift Aire, Size XL {42-44, Colours were Black and Brown}also @ 59.95 Euros. Therefore, the total amount was 119.85 Euros including postage.
This said amount have been deducted from my account number 0541500376, on the the 30/08/11 with payment code:PID 207.433.96.33T into Account Number 55.69.77.556, but have not yet received the mentioned items.

Desired solution:

Send me the order as soon as possible please.
