My complaint:

Begining of July I was called by the lade from HG with their story about holidays in Turkey, etc. She told that I could send the package back within 7 days if I didnt want to accept it. I told her straight away that I am leaving for holidays in couple of days and would be back only in 4 weeks. She said that it was not a problem at all and I would receive the package in August. I came home from holidays and what a surprise the package from HG which was sent the day after my conversation with the lady!!!! I sent them email straight away asking for the explanation and I am still waiting for the answer which I guess would never receive. When i called them a person on the phone told me that my refernce number doesn’t exist in their system and i am not in their database. However in a month time I received a letter from MKBusiness that I have to pay 153,95 Euros to HG. I again called HG and again the same result: I am not in their database, they do not know why MKB is sending me these letters and they cannot do absolutely anything for me (as I am not their client). When I ask to speak with somebody from Sales Department the so called Klanten service says it’s not possible as they do not have any phone numbers or names from people from HG. That they just an organization which takes a phone calls from them and they communicate with them via email. I sent several emails more to HG but have never got any replies. Meahwhile MKB keeps sending me the letters. It seems there is no end to this story and I do not know to whom to turn for help. It’s really outrages what these people do! It’s unacceptable! In my case it looks like it’s never ending story as HG asks MKB to chase the money on one hand on the other hand they say to me that as I am not their client they cannot do anything.

Desired solution:

I want HG to cancel my so called dossier with MKBusiness. As I do not understand for what I have to pay and WHY if I am not their client.
