My complaint:
After a month of delays, excuses,unfulfilled promises, arrogant responses etc. my electric tooth brush never arrived. First it was a “software problem” then someone was suppposed to call back, then nothing.
When I finally cancelled my order, I got a response theat “Philips decided to cancel the order due to reasons such as unavialbility of product”???!!!
I suspect a hidden agenda. The damage to Philips is enormous:
I will never buy a Philips product again. Probabaly a loss of thousands of Euros to the company, as I was always a loyal customer. How many thousands of people like me are needed before the company stops this self destruction?!
Desired solution:
The order was based on a discount together with Shell. I was supposed to get a product for 50% of the cost. I would like to be reimbursed for the full amoount, as this was the agreement with Shell/Philips.
However, nothing will bring back the aggrevation, lost time on calls etc. the fact that I needed this product for a business trip etc.
