My complaint:
Last week I was expecting the package – on Thursday June 14th I was all day at home but no delivery was made. On the 15th of June I left home for 15 mins and came back with two notifications – one from the day before and one from that day. Obviously they never came on that day but tried to cover their tracks.
The notification on the 15th claimed it would come on the 19th between 5-9 in the evening. Both me and my partner were there the whole evening but nothing arrived and no notification. I called the service the next day and inquired about the item – they said the delivery would be on the 20th in the evening. But I knew I wouldnt be there so I enquired if the item could be left at my neighbours. When I got back I received a note from “Selekt Vracht” that it was their “4th” attempt, while it was actually the 2nd. And the item was sent back because the neighbours refused to accept it. I spoke to my neighbours and they assured that no one had knocked on their doors. I complained to the Select Vracht site, but was completely ignored.

compensation of my costs ( missed package, second delivery, telephone costs and hours)
