My complaint:

About 9 months ago we orderd a tripple satelliet receiver and were promised it within 10 days. We never received it and since then we have called canal digital on numerous occaisions and each time they say that the new tripple satelliet reciever will be sent out but we are now 9 months further and to this day we have still not
anything from them.

I find it so frustrating that when i try to find out what the problem is the customer service people just wont gave me àn answer.

Now listen up Canal digital!!!! The country is in recession and as àn established company you should be doing everything possible at this time to keep your customers happy
and to send out orders promptly and efficently. I think that you are being very unproffessional and i feel that within your company there is à BIG problem with
Communication beween 1department and another and this is causing stress for Your
Customers when they Phone to order something from you and never receive it and
In turn they keep on phoning and you still dont get it sorted out.

Yes im FRUSTRATED and after 9 months you would be too!!!!

Canal digital PLEASE START HELPING YOUR CUSTOMERS or your going to lose
them.

I just want what was promised à tripple sat receiver !!!!!!!
