My complaint:
It is impossible to use the mobile internet because of some incorrect APN settings since June 29th; Customer care is not answering any of their phones, they keep posting a message that there is an outage;
Mijnsimpel portal isn’t accessible since I forgot when: Sorry!
Momenteel is Mijn Simpel in onderhoud.
Daarom zijn we even niet bereikbaar.
This is the worst service ever!!! And when I finally managed to talk to someone from SALES (the sales number doesn’t cost 35c/call like customer service does) they told me to call the customer care because someone will pickup …eventually;
This is outrageous!
