My complaint:
Subject: back up ONLINE software – termination
On 9 July I have contacted your client services to terminate my backup online services. I have explained that this service was not working for me and I don’t get the back up services as it is not functioning to my satisfaction.
To my surprise I have been told that the back up online service has been renewal automatically without further notifications till 14/8/2013.also I can either terminated the service immediately or at the end of the contract which is 14/8/2013 (pay attention it is not yet 14/8/2012) and the cost will be the same (I would have to pay the entire year amount in advanced).
I would like to terminate this services as for today without the automatic renewal. I believe that it is only fair to terminate the service from 14/8/2012 without further payments.
Would you please cancel my subscription immediately?
