My complaint:
today i went to the kruidvat Scheemda and made a purchase of the special offer that gave a up free. I noticed that the amount was not good and went directly back into the shop. There was no one at the til, but the lady came very quickly, i explained the situation and she looked at my bill and said that eveything was good and she had no time to explain it to me.
The manner in which this women spoke to me, i would not speak to anyone like that. She went on to say i needed to look for her collegue to expalin it to me. After i said that was unacceptable she buzzed for her collegue to come and it was quickly srted out. I actually paid 6 euo more that i should. not much and really doesn’t matter.
However, i am sure if i was a nederlander she would never have spoken to me in such a manner. I am disgusted that in 2012 because i am a non white british that it is acceptable that a shop assistance think it is okay to speak to me in such a way. My 2 yound children were with me and in not circumstances is this acceptable but certainly not with my children there.
Desired solution:
your assistant certainly need some sort of communication training, and should leave it is not only what you say but also how you say what you say
