Dell streak in Engeland gekocht. Is kappot gegaan binnen de ganatie termijn. NAAR a Dell nederland gestuud om een nieuwe te krijgen. Eerste afwijzing reden niet te maken om dat deze niet binnen de benelux landen valt. Weer contact gezocht met Uk. Oplossing stuur de Dell naar Nederland en laat ze deze dooorsturen naar Engeland zodat zij hem om kunnen ru

Please let us know, once you’ve sent the faulty tablet to UK address, OR, if you’ve already sent it to the address provided by you in t he last mail (Ms. Nolly Konings, 2 St. Marksplkace, Windsor, Berks, SL4 3BG, England), and we’d book the replacement accordingly.

I tried to reset the Dell tablet, but still no power. The charging device seems in order, as it slides in well and does not look like any broken or bent pins there.

Problem: I have bought a Dell Tablet whilst living in the uk. In the netherlands the tablet did not function anty more and was still under warrenty. I sent the tablet to Dell Netherlands. After 5 weeks I recieved a letter from Dell that Dell netherlands only fix Dell products within the Benelux Countries. The warrenty expired 4-Mai 2012. I am not pleased with this situation and hope you can help to find a solution for this issue. I have also a laptop and desktop from Dell and untill now was very impressed with the Dell products.
