My complaint:
I ordered SimOnly (300 sms/call for 7€) and checked my invoices from the website. I realized that I paid extra costs for sending sms and calling. In the first invoice, the company withdraw 20,97 € for aansluitkosten although it was 0 (zero) when I made deal at the beginning.
Desired solution:
1. Refund of aansluitkosten
2. Recheck of all invoices and refund extra costs
