My complaint:

I bought this watch as a gift for my birthday at 16 dec 2011.

After wearing it for about 2-3 weeks, the glass spontaniously broke. I was just watching television. We went to V&D an they sent it to Calvin Klein. V&D couldn’t assure that is was priceless to fix it. I was lucky that CK did it for free.

I don’t wear my watch much, because i have troubles with my skin. I have eczema and wearing a watch is not stimulating the healing.
I had a party and wanted to wear my watch, when i came downstairs the glass was broken again.

That was very disappointing, i don’t trust it anymore. Is this happening more with this type of watch?

Please understand, that I’ve not hit something, I’m quite careful with jewelry.

Desired solution:

When i knew that such spherical watch was so sensible i didn\'t bought such model.

Do you think i can choose another watch or can i repair it for a good price?
