My complaint:
I bought a Groupon for “Que Pasa Tapasrestaurant” in The Hague.
To my surprise, when I wanted to make a reservation, the manager of the restaurant notified me, very impolitely, that there are certain hours excluded for reservations with Groupon vouchers, even though there are no restrictions in the Deal. Called Groupon and asked for Groupon credits as I do not want to go to that restaurant anymore. Groupon said that they need “internal approval” for cancelling my Groupon and converting it to credits. Three days already waiting for an answer.
If you do not mind being treated like a second or third sort customer, you may try Groupon for restaurant deals.
