My complaint:
I received an acceptgiro for termijn 2 and 3 without having received any packages!
I had contacted this company through its company website twice! I called it twice! Waste of time and money! NO RESPONSE from any of them!
This company forcefully sent me the first package after the introduction package. I paid for the both packages. But after that, I haven’t received any packages. I have never heard confirmation of my emails or tickets I sent them trhough the company website! Now, I receive an acceptgiro for 2nd and 3rd packages what I haven’t received.
Now I get the reminder of payment for termijnen 2 and 3! Why should I pay for this acceptgiro?
Desired solution:
I want to get a letter and email from the company stating that there is no further payment obligations for me for any packages and I have been deregistered from the company system. Also, that they cancel the acceptgirofor the packages 2 and 3.
