My complaint:

i had 2 salesmen on the door selling vodafonethuis glasvezel,after talking to them i decided to sign a contract it was only later that i found out that they had lied to me just to make the sale.they told me i could watch tv on my laptop that i had 7 days to cancel from time of connection,they would cancel my old provider and i could keep my old number.when i told them to cancel my cotract they said sure but i will still have to pay 51 euros for 12 months i even sent a letter to the director but no answer
