My complaint:

Other “hot deal” from UPC. When I changed my address I was offered to change the contract and pay only 25 EUR for first six months and afterwards 48. Sounds cool. After moving to the new flat I received already two invoices at 75 EUR each!
Moreover after first invoice they tried to convince me the second one will correct to high payment. Guys, be careful with UPC!
