My complaint:
Sinds mijn hotmail layout (look) is veranderd kan ik niet vinden waar ik een nieuwe e-mail kan schrijven.
Desired solution:
Ik zou graag willen weten waar ik op moet klikken om een nieuw bericht op te stellen.
