My complaint:
This morning I was waiting at the busstop Ijburg Strand together with a number of other people. The bus that was supposed to be there at 08:54 arrived at 09:00 but DID NOT STOP! What shocked all of us was that the busdriver dares to waive (??!!) to the passengers and simply does not stop.
I guess he tried to catch up with his own delay and assumed another bus will come over few minutes. If so, this “logic” is not acceptable under any circumstances. Furthermore, the busstop is situated literally “in the middle of nowhere” and keeping people waiting there for some 15 minutes unreasonably, is shocking to me.
The other co-passangers informed that this is not the first time it happened (I live in Ijburg for 4 months and for me it was the first – and hopefuly – last time).
Desired solution:
1) Fire the busdriver with an immediate effect (line 66, expected at the busstop Ijburg Strand at 08:54 on the 25th if March 2013).
2) If this is a structural problem (as informed by other passangers), change the service provider for that line.
Btw. an official complaint from my side will follow, with information to Gemeente Ijburg and press.
