My complaint:
The above article was ordered on 1 feb 2013 and a fully paid costs of the article on 1 March 2013.I waited delivery for one month and contacted the customers service .They told me my article was sent to a wrong address and is returned to them and asked me my Adress again .I mailed my address and they again failed to deliver the order .Three days ago I asked them that I am not any more interesting the article and they must reimburse the paid costs off the article which was 46,15 Euroes.
Desired solution:
I will be happy that they reimburse fully what I paid to them as soon as possible which is 46,15 euroes
