My complaint:

TERRIBLE/MISLEADING/NOT TO BE TRUSTED
Like many others, my experiences with this agency is BELOW ZERO. Yesterday I booked a one-way ticket for a family member. After completion of the procedure SUDDENLY the initial price changed with an additional €15! I was quite annoyed, which is an understatement, and called immediately to cancel the reservation. To my UNPLEASANT surprise, next to getting someone who did not speak English, I was ‘advised’ to fill the online form, which ultimately lead to nowhere because I got, surprisingly, a quick reply stating; cancellation is possible but you have to pay a €30 penalty! AND THIS WITHIN A SPAN OF 15 MINUTES of booking and cancelling! Unbelievable! It means that even WITH NO TICKET, still they can manage to get money out of you! Again I called and this time I spoke Spanish and gave this person a piece of my mind. To make a long story short they promised to deduct the error, which of course is NO ERROR, and lower the price. So instead of the additional 15 euro I have to pay only 11 euro for the “card” which of course is still stealing and misleading. When I ticked off Maestro, as the paying option, it said 0,00 euro, whilst they charged for using Visa, American Express, Diner, etc, 4.00, 4,50 or 5.00 euro. I have decided that I will certainly make this way of operating by travelgenio known through the proper channels and to warn other potential victims/customers!!!

Helaas niet in dit geval. Had gekund: annulering zonder kosten.
Temeer je pas aan het einde van de afhandeling van de reservering wordt geconfronteerd met het feit dat je een veel hoger bedrag hebt betaald dan oorspronkelijk op het scherm vermeldt stond. Je kan het proces niets eens terugdraaien zonder bovendien aan die club geld kwijt te zijn. Dit vind ik persoonlijk walgelijke praktijken! Had ik geweten dat deze club op deze wijze opereerde dan had ik nooit bij hen een ticket geboekt. Pas na mijn zeer recente ervaring ben ik gaan googlelen en kwam een site tegen waar veel klachten over deze club te vinden was. Ze staan bekend als onbetrouwbaar en vooralsnog bestaan zij en heeft Nederland/Brussel niet ingegrepen!
