My complaint:
I took my daughter for a haircut. The service was reasonable. However, when it was time to pay (16,50), the kapster didn’t understand /hear that in fact I was willing to pay a bit more as a tip and from the 33,50 euro that I received as change, the 3,50 euro was all in coins of 5 and10 cents! When I showed her I had no place for all the coins in my wallet, I got a cynical statement (I have no other coins!) I am sure she was upset she thought I wasn’t wiling to give her a tip, hence the “revenge”. I really feel disrespected as a client and will never go back to brainwash again. I will also spread my story among my family, friends and through the social media!
Brainwash should consider include clientfriendliness in their criteria to select their staff!!

An apology would do.
