My complaint:

Zoon had vliegticket geboekt. Kon niet via iDeal betalen, alleen via creditcard. Dit heeft hij niet, hij is student. Klantenservice advies cash betalen, kon tot 23.30 uur. Om 22.00 uur was loket al lang dicht. Andere dag kon hij cash betalen alleen was ticket met 30 euro verhoogd!
