My complaint:

Dear BVA,
I won an bid of item with Kavel No. 8429-3132 and have picked up the item.As per invoice attached and the advertisement, the item that I shall get is Panasonic TXP50VT50E (https://www.bva-auctions.com/auction/lot/8429/3225029).However after checking carefully at home, the item that I received is Panasonic TXP50S20E.I don’t want this and I want my money back. BVA Auction to response as soonest.
