My complaint:
Dit is het antwoord dat ik van Corendon uit Turkijke krijg waarmee ze zich ervan af proberen te maken. Waar ga ik nu heen?
Hereby we would like to inform you that we stay with our earlier statement. We would like to inform you that all of our procedures are written in our Ground Operations Manual which is approved by the Turkish Civil Aviation Authorities & based on International Conventions as well as in our web site www.corendon-airlines.com under “General Conditions of Carriage” and we have to follow all of these regulations.
I kindly recommend you to contact your insurance company to get more compensation because of the majority of cases settlements by private insurance companies can be more advantageous to passengers like this cases.
As we have full filled our obligations we would like to inform you that we refuse to pay any further refund to you.
Beside this,we will send a formal written warnings to handling company at AMS station to be more carefully while check-in.
