My complaint:

The train which should come at 08.37 is always late round 5 or 10 minutes. It happens everyday! why doesn’t NS change/adjust the schedule if the train is coming late anyway? This is not appropriate service at all if the train is late everyday.

Desired solution:

The train should come ON TIME!
