My complaint:

I have been trying to contact you guys via email Since August 13. I have sent you 8 emails, which I will also be sending on to your client. I appreciate you have many dentists administration that you look after, but no answering 8 emails is not acceptable, and I will send these details to your client. It has now had a direct effect to him remaining our dentist, and frankly it’s your fault.

I was trying to get a singular reference number as per agreement with your client, but you’ve yet to supply it (which is probably too late to do so now)

Desired solution:

I want a direct contact email address and telephone number

10 years ago - Now this is exactly what I'm talking about, you say you're responding to the complaint, you emailed, I responded and you don't reply back. You should be replying within 12-24 hours, this is a totally unacceptable level of service and it's an additional piece of information for your client.
