My complaint:

KPN cut off the line because i still have debt with KPN 100 euro. I tried to explain to Klanservice that i am 65 years old, no income and get cheated by SMS special programe and i had to pay high bill. I cannot understand Dutch but I did not have advice only ask me to pay. During the line went off I must be able to recevied call from outside but the line completely off. My friend try to contact me seversl time because I had bad health and the weather was so bad. The house phone by KPN are also out of order could not recevied the phone from outside. KPN never look for this problem only want money.

Gewenste oplossing

I would like KPN taking care of this case not only to charge and during the line went off always the signal problem with GPRS every 15 minutes, it is annoying me for several days. KPN should explain but they are not consider of this problem.
