Yesterday, the 2nd of May 2010, I bought a dark bread from the AH next to the Bijenkorf in The Hague. I made a sandwich with cheese and started eating. Suddenly I felt something very painful in my mouth and my teeth started hurting. I went to the mirror and to my big surprise my back tooth was broken off and my front tooth was fractured as well. I examined the bread and found a piece of glass in it. It is completely unacceptable that there is glass in your bread and I consider myself lucky that I only broke off two teeth. However, I do expect that you will take responsibility for this and reimburse the costs to cover the dental expenses as a result of this. If there should be any doubts I would be more than happy to show you the glass and the bread and I am sure my dentist can confirm this as well.
