My complaint:

I booked 7 tickets today, ref. KBG4FW.
Ryanair web asked me in which country we live ( mandatory field). By clicking “Netherlands” apparently I automatically selected an insurance. BUT I DON’T NEED AN INSURANCE.

Gewenste oplossing

I want my 7 times 15.50 euro back from Ryanair.
