My complaint:
I was a client of Vodafone for about 3 1/2 years. It came to my attention that the bundle I was paying for “Ondernemers bundle” over the years ranging from Euro 100 to Euro 150 per month was never actually taken into account. Considering my monthly phone bills were at least EUR 600 ranging to up to EUR 1000, I never really paid attention to it. In June this year I had a lower bill and I realized that this was not taking place. I sent 3 letters to Vodafone ( 2 of which were registered and received and called many a time. I even try do do it via their Klantenservice website but I have heard nothing. The last bills however I did notice they did credit the ondernemersbundle, so obviously they received my letter and finally did this but 3 years plus too late.
Gewenste oplossing
I want all the money I have over paid to be returned to me
