My complaint:
For as long as I can remember Fortis never once denied any payments from my account.As long as my saldo was in the plus for at least 24hrs every three months that was fine.
Now…in less then a month ABN has cancelled at least two of my payments.
If I had wanted ABN I would have gone with them years ago..I didn’t.But now after never missing a payment even if I was in the red..thanks to ABN my credit that I did have will be ruined thanks to them! It’s not easy being on a low income and making ends meets..now they make it harder again…
Gewenste oplossing
That my account reverts back to the same as it was when we had our Fortis account..no changes and no extra charges
