My complaint:

Me and my wife’s contract with Basic-fit was supposed to finish before August 2010 since I sent a letter to Basic-fit at the end of June 2010 after number of bad incidents we had in Basic-fit Delft which I explained again twice in hand-writing letter and e-mails few months ago.

Due to the administrative delay from the basic-fit, the contract wasn’t finished until end of August 2010.

Few days ago I recieved a letter from Credit force that I have to pay the fee of August 2010 (which is supposed to be 17.95 euro but they claim 21.95) plus so called “buitengerechtelijk kosten” of 73.78euro

I havn’t been to the Gym anyway from the mid-June 2010, and I can’t agree that I have to pay for the mistake of Basic-fit.
