My complaint:
We have received 3 laptops. One of them had problems with dvd-rom (not recognized sometimes). We called dell, they have replaced motherboard. First time the laptop wouldn’t start up anymore. The service came again the next day, again replacing motherboard. After that, the laptop freezes after 15min – 3h of work. Even during the OS installation – thus definitely hardware related. We called again – the only option was now to send it to Germany for the next 2 -3 weeks for repair. Now we are waiting to get it back
Gewenste oplossing
Because the laptop was new and the dell service only made it worse, i would expect to have new laptop send immediately. Because now it looks like we ordered new laptop and need to wait for more then 1 month before we really can use it. Not to mention much lower value after so many repairs.
