My complaint:

De laatste tijd wordt de NRC bij ons (te) laat bezorgd.
Bezorging na 18.00 uur is voor ons echt te laat.
Wij overwegen ons abonnement te beëindigen.

Gewenste oplossing

bezorging zoals vroeger tussen 15.30 en 17.15 uur
