My complaint:
25 January Alberthein (Rembrandplein) ca 10:00PM
Bought vodafone prepaid card and before making step out from Alberthein (Rembrandplein) asked if this also work for german vodafone and got polite confirmation from the jung guy (Denis)who was working as cashier and he took it over to try it him self.
As he realized it doesnt work and We wanted to return the 20EUR valued ticket, he called his colleague (Josh) and he was expressing his excuses and said that we have bought it and we could not return it back, so his manager on the phone after a uncompfortable situation.
We bought something we could not use and are treated like gambler who lost and should accept it.
One of the clients who heard said she also had the same situation but she could return it back!
This shouldnt be the way a name such as Alberthein should treat customers and even tourists.
Gewenste oplossing
It would be good to know if this is the way Alberthein treat customers or do they have also goodwill.
Its more reporting a bad treatment as looking for a solution in short therm.
I hope for better customer dealings trainings for Alberthein employees then blocking and even not giving out their full names which is very rare.
