My complaint:

De abnormale prijsstijging voor aangetekende verzending tot 500 gram. Moet nu 1 van de duurste services van Europa zijn. Zelfde verzending vanuit Belgie of Duitsland zit rond de 11 Euro!! Bij TNT post 25,60 Euro!!

Gewenste oplossing

500 gram grens invoeren en normale verhoging invoeren.
