My complaint:

I was waiting the whole day at home, and then i checked the web site – tracing packages and it was written – 1e afleverpoging niet geslaagd. 2e afleverpoging volgt. And there is no paper in the post box from the driver as well. So the driver didn’t even come to deliver the package

Gewenste oplossing

I am expecting the delivery of the product.
