My complaint:
I was sent a package on Monday 21st of March this year by the Deutsche Post and to my misery it was taken over by Selektvracht. They left me only one note that said that the package would be again delivered between 1 and 6 pm on 29th of March so I waited at home for the package but nobody came. They claim that they tried to deliver it 4 times and since I was not thuis they sent it back to Germany. They also claim that they tried to deliver it on 29th but maybe I did not hear the bell (I have only one room and the bell is really loud). The package was really important to me so it’s a big deal for me. I also paid 5 euro for the call to the klantenservice only to get informed that my package is on its way to Berlin. Long story short: They claimed that they tried to deliver the package 4 times but left only one note and they claim that they tried to deliver it when I was at home at maybe I did not hear the bell.
Desired solution:
That they pay me back the money that I lost for the shipping since they did not fulfill their responsibility.
