My complaint:

I had a delivery from UK that was given to somebody else. Normally deliveries from UK take some time, so I did not bother until I was back from holidays and my package had not arrived:

This are the details:
Barcode UK: RJ607526781GB
Barcode TNT: 3SRAMS3949838

I already talked to customer service and they do not give me any solution, just the website saying that they delivered and in the signature says “G.G.” they did not ask for any document.

I never received the paper from TNT saying that I had a delivery to be picked up.

Desired solution:

Basically they told me that the information in the system said that it was delivered.

I cannot believe that they just give my package to somebody else and they do not show any concerns about their service or anything... they didn't take note of it, as definitely the office who should give ME the delivery did something wrong.
