My complaint:

I bought a Toshiba replacement battery in this website. They advertise that they will deliver fast through Post NL and they deliver from stock in the Netherlands. I trusted them but it turned out to be a cheat. When I proceeded my payment, there were only 2 fees: battery and delivery cost. I fulfilled my duty and waited. However, they delivered from Singapore and it took more than 1 month to be here. More terribly, my battery was stuck in Post NL because PostNL claimed that the package was sent from abroad and should be scanned. Finally I was able to retrieve my battery and had to pay 22 euro for whatever I don’t know. And Accu-markt doesn’t reply or refund me.
Watch out and never trust this site!

They didn't give any solution. I wrote to them to ask for refund but no one replies.
