Adyen only offers the technical system for handling these payments. For any questions related to an individual payment or the status of your order you will have to contact the shop where the order was placed.

If your payment was refused, and the merchant is not able to give you the reason why, you will have to contact your Issuer. Adyen can not provide you with any details about the Refusal Reason.
