My complaint:

Hotel is listed as RIU Palace Pacifico Peurto Vallarta. This is incorrect it is actually in Nueva Vallarta some 25km away. You have to pay a lot of taxi fees to get to the center or go out on the evening. Service will not help and Arke is not interested in the customer at all.

Desired solution:

Refund my money in full.

I did not have a choice in the matter. It was take the new hotel offered or stay where I was given, regardless of whether the hotel was what I wanted or not. Also, I wanted luxery a luxery hotel but ended up in a much lower class hotel with poor food, very important with an all inclusive deal. I also had to pay change costs, also very poor. This was not a solution rather a take it or shut up attitude because we have your money now and we do not care. My optinion of Arke is very, very, very poor.

Op onze website wordt vermeld dat het hotel dichtbij het centrum van Nuevo Vallarta is gelegen en op 23 kilometer van het oude centrum van Puerto Vallarta. De klant heeft voor vertrek zonder wijzigingskosten de boeking gewijzigd naar een andere accommodatie. Arke, afdeling Klantenservice
