Complaint: Arrogant and poor adsl service

My complaint:

Since from last 3 days my internet with Online is not working I called their customer support service and the online thing they said is they will create dossier and I have to wait for 5 days. I asked them if their technical person can speak to me and confirm if there is problem with line or modem but the answer was no and rudely said wait for 5 days.

This is not just first time one year ago had the same problem and it took almost a month befor the problem was solved I had to go to their head office inAmsterdam

I called again yesterday and asked if your technical person has picked the case and this time it was even more rude I was told you have already called twice and there is no point calling wait for 5 days your problem will be looked.

Unbelievable can anyone imagine in these times these kind of response and service can anyone live without Internet for a week without. My tv and telefoon both work from Internet my 3 kids take language classes via Skype .

I can’t work from home and have to g to my office.

I hope if any senior online adsl company management member is reading the they will understand my pain and will look into their support service procedures so that in future others not suffer like me. I will wait for another week to see if my problem is resolved.
