My complaint:

I ordered some plants from bakker but they did not send them…
Instead I was sent plants of a different kind that were dead.

Desired solution:

I want my money back plus postage cost of 6-75 euros for sending the dead plants back.

12 years ago - Dear sir, I'm sorry to hear that the quality of the delivered plants wasn't as it should have been. Unfortunately i wasn't able to find your customer record in our system. I would like to ask you to send me your customer number or zipcode and housenumber, in order to give you your money back. As you might know we give a 1 to 5 year guarantee on all our products.
