Contact via de mail en telefoon gehad. Mevrouw heeft onlangs een nieuw lidmaatschap afgesloten, omdat haar dochter uit huis is gegaan. Ze heeft toen de Basic-Fit pas meegenomen en zou op de club het rekeningnummer laten wijzigen. Helaas had ze dat nog niet gedaan.
