My complaint:

On the 2nd of August I placed an order for a bureau
(Design bureau Bloom white OT00080WH). According to the website : 2or 3 days of delivery. After 2 weeks, I call them : they tell me that there is a delay, they dont have it in stock, it will wrrive in 2 weeks. On the 2nd of OCtober (2 months later), I call them and they tell me exactly the same story.

Desired solution:

I just asked my money back (200euros) even though I have the feeling it wont be easy, with such a bunch of dishonest people.
