My complaint:

Hello

I made a booking recently: 3NXHRW

I made a name change to that ticket and paid for it by phone, first by Amex and you told me it was denied. So I tried by Visa and you told me that was denied so I paid online by a transfer from Rabobank.

I have not received any confirmation about this at all. I have also been told by both Amex and Visa that those transactions went through.

I have only booked one flight with you: Belgrade to Stockholm 3NXHRW. You have charged me for several things instead of just one flight and one name change. Rectify this and send me a record.

Do not tell me to call you, the charges for your phone line are ridiculous. you may call me on 0647669473.

Desired solution:

I want you to give me a record of every transaction you have in the name of Daniel Waldmann.

I want the E-Ticket I paid 50 euro (3 times) to have the name changed sent to me.
