My complaint:
Ik heb vorige week een accu gekocht, en ik heb hem vandaag binnen gekregen. De accu deed het maar 2 minuutjes en daarna was hij al leeg, dus hij is gewoon leeg geleverd.
Desired solution:
Een nieuwe accu voor me samsung gio!!!

klant heeft product niet opgeladen indien nog defect terug zenden naar ons voor een nieuwe te ontvangen.
